- The minimum purchase amount for each transaction should be PKR 10,000/-.
- EMI orders can only contain (1) one item in one order.
- The conversion of purchase to EMI may take up to 7 working days.
- EMI Processing fee of Rs. 800 or 2% (whichever is higher) + FED. (Effective from 3rd January 2025).
- 0% mark-up by opting for installment plan tenure of up to 06 months. Furthermore, Silkbank Credit Card customers can also choose from installment plans involving tenures of 9,12, 18, 24, and 36 months at a rate of 2% mark-up per month.
- If you make a purchase on (OR) after the statement date then the transaction will reflect in the next month’s statement.
- Purchase to be made at least 7 working days before the next credit card statement is generated to ensure the transaction reflect in that statement. For example your statement date is October 24, 2022 then the purchase should be made before October 17, 2024 only customer opting for EMI on checkout page is eligible for this option.
- Silkbank will not be responsible for the services or if the product quality provided is not to the satisfaction of customer.
- In case, if the card member decides to cancel his/her EMI plan then the card member will be liable to pay pre-payment penalty amount as per Silkbank schedule of charges.
- In case of any issue, the product or customer wants to cancel the order it is the customer’s responsibility to call the Buy2day.pk and inform the relevant department.
- The Bank providing EMI service is not acting as corporate agent/distributor of third party products/services and shall not be responsible in any manner to any person or to any claim.
| Easy Monthly Instalments (EMI) Terms and Conditions: Standard Chartered Bank
Following are the Terms & Conditions applicable on EMI plan and are to be read along with the Credit Card terms and conditions:
- The minimum purchase amount for each transaction (should include only one product) should be PKR 10,000 to book an Easy Monthly Instalment.
- Only customers opting for EMI on the Vendor’s checkout page are eligible for this promotion.
- Easy Monthly Instalment is available at 0% mark-up and 0% processing fee
- In case of early closure of the installment plan (before completion of tenure), pre-payment charges will be Rs 1,000 or 5% of the remaining amount whichever is higher.
- The conversion of purchase to Easy Monthly Instalments may take up to 5 working days.
- Purchase on Vendor to be made 6 working days before the next credit card statement is generated to ensure the transaction reflects in that statement. For example, your statement date is March 24, 2024, then the purchase should be made before March 19, 2024
- If you make a purchase immediately after the statement date then the transaction will reflect in the next month’s statement.
- The Bank providing EMI service is acting as a corporate agent/distributor of third-party products/services and shall not be responsible in any manner to any person or to any claim.
- In case of order cancellations by the Vendor, the installment plan will be canceled, and no pre-payment charges will apply.
- In case of order cancellations, it is the customer’s responsibility to call SCBPL and cancel the relevant installment plan.
- The bank has the right to amend/modify or cancel this promotion any time without any intimation
- This EMI facility is not available for Saadiq credit cards and Corporate cards

| Fair usage policy for discount vouchers: We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the money if we have a reasonable belief that promotional items are being used unfairly by the customer.

Rewards Points Policy / Procedure:
We offer to redeem rewards points from Standard Chartered Bank. The procedure / Policy is as follows:
SCB will issue, digitally, his customers the vouchers of different denominations, against his rewards points.
Those vouchers are consumable at our website for all the products under the ‘Rewards Points Product’ categories.
The customer has to sign up for the account at the website buy2day.pk to redeem the voucher(s).
The customer has to select the product, add that to the cart, and go to the checkout page, where he/she can redeem his/her voucher and pay the balance, if any.
If the voucher value is less than the chosen product price, the customer has to pay the balance of the amount through his SCB credit card. The order may be canceled if the SCB card is not used to pay the balance of payment, if any.
Once the order is completed and received at our end, we aim to process it within 10 working days.

Return and Exchange Policy:
We do follow a fair return and exchange policy. The rules are simple and as follows:
For defective/damaged/wrong items delivery, we will replace/return & refund at our cost. The item must be in the condition you received it, unused, and packed the way you received it. It must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund or replacement, as explained above.
For a change of mind reason, we will exchange it for any other item (available on our website). The return cost is borne by the customer. The returned item must be unused, packed the way it was received and in good saleable condition. It must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
The warranty of the product (if any, not all products come with a warranty) started the day the product was delivered. All warranty is covered by the parent company if any. Jamil Sons or buy2day.pk is not responsible for defective items once it is used (even if it is for a day). Most of the brands have service centers in major cities and contact details are given in the booklet with the products.
Delivery Policy:
We deliver goods anywhere in Pakistan. We use a courier to deliver most of our products across Pakistan. The delivery takes 7-10 working days. We aim to dispatch the order within 2-3 days. The tracking number is recorded once it is dispatched and the customer can trace it to the respective courier website.
Installation:
We do not offer installation of the products. For the installation of Air Conditions / Generators etc, the customer needs to contact a local group of people that offer installation services.
