• The installment plan will be processed within 3-5 working days, starting from the Transaction date.
• New credit cardholders are not eligible to avail SBS plans for the first 3 months, starting from the card activation date.
• SBS Installment plan will be booked as per the assigned/available credit limit.

• 5% Pre-closure penalty plus FED of remaining unbilled installments amount will be charged by the bank on plan cancellation in case of early settlement.

Following are the Terms & Conditions – SILKBANK / UBL

1. The minimum purchase amount for each transaction should be PKR 10,000/-.
2. EMI orders can only contain (1) one item in one order.
3. The conversion of purchase to EMI may take up to 7 working days.
4. EMI Processing fee of Rs. 800 or 2% (whichever is higher) + FED. (Effective from 3rd January 2025).
5. 0% mark-up by opting for installment plan tenure of up to 06 months. Furthermore, Silkbank Credit Card customers can also choose from installment plans involving tenures of 9,12, 18, 24, and 36 months at a rate of 2% mark-up per month.
6. If you make a purchase on (OR) after the statement date then the transaction will reflect in the next month’s statement.
7. Purchase to be made at least 7 working days before the next credit card statement is generated to ensure the transaction reflect in that statement. For example your statement date is October 24, 2022 then the purchase should be made before October 17, 2024 only customer opting for EMI on checkout page is eligible for this option.
8. Silkbank will not be responsible for the services or if the product quality provided is not to the satisfaction of customer.
9. In case, if the card member decides to cancel his/her EMI plan then the card member will be liable to pay pre-payment penalty amount as per Silkbank schedule of charges.
10. In case of any issue, the product or customer wants to cancel the order it is the customer’s responsibility to call the Buy2day.pk and inform the relevant department.
11. The Bank providing EMI service is not acting as corporate agent/distributor of third party products/services and shall not be responsible in any manner to any person or to any claim.

Rewards Points Policy / Procedure:

We offer to redeem rewards points from Standard Chartered Bank. The procedure / Policy is as follows:

Buy as normal at buy2day.pk then (after 1-2 days) call SCB helpline to redeem your rewards points against that transaction. (Quicker procedure).

The customer has to select the product, add that to the cart, and go to the checkout page, where he/she can pay using SCB Credit card.

Once the order is completed and received at our end, we aim to process it within 10 working days.

Return and Exchange Policy:

We do follow a fair return and exchange policy. The rules are simple and as follows:

For defective/damaged/wrong items delivery, we will replace/return & refund at our cost. The item must be in the condition you received it, unused, and packed the way you received it. It must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund or replacement, as explained above.

For a change of mind reason, we will exchange it for any other item (available on our website). The return cost is borne by the customer. The returned item must be unused, packed the way it was received, and in good, saleable condition. It must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Once the return is accepted, we will issue a voucher only to be used to buy goods on our website. We do not refund into the card or don’t do cash either.

The warranty of the product (if any, not all products come with a warranty) started the day the product was delivered. All warranty is covered by the parent company if any. Jamil Sons or buy2day.pk is not responsible for defective items once it is used (even if it is for a day). Most of the brands have service centers in major cities and contact details are given in the booklet with the products.

The parent company covers most of the products’ warranties. However, a few products do not come with a warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product he/she is buying is under warranty or not. Thanks.

Delivery Policy:

We deliver goods anywhere in Pakistan. We use a courier to deliver most of our products across Pakistan. The delivery takes 7-10 working days. We aim to dispatch the order within 2-3 days. The tracking number is recorded once it is dispatched and the customer can trace it to the respective courier website.

We expect customers to make an unboxing video. Any missing items or broken units can ONLY be claimed with a clear, unedited, and complete video of the product being unboxed. We strictly follow the NO VIDEO NO CLAIM policy on that. Thanks.

Installation:

We do not offer installation of the products. For the installation of Air Conditions / Generators etc, the customer needs to contact a local group of people that offer installation services.
